A Steel Operative / Overhead Crane Operator is required for an internationally trading steel company based in the Wolverhampton area on a temporary basis. If you have experience within the steel industry this material handling steel operative / overhead crane operator position could be ideal for you. You will be responsible for operating overhead cranes, driving counterbalance forklift trucks, loading / unloading steel coils and more. Duties include; Operating overhead cranes to handle steel Driving counterbalance forklift trucks Loading and unloading steel coils Using crane attachments including c-hooks and coil tongs Banding, stacking and palletising processed steelThis Steel Operative / Overhead Crane Operator position is working mornings with flexibility to work overtime if required.
