Responsibilities
- Own internal and external NCRs, lead root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventative actions to closure.
- Embed line‐side quality checks and train operators in updated quality procedures and work instructions.
- Turn quality and process data into performance reports that drive continuous improvement and waste reduction.
- Strengthen QMS documentation, standards, and controls in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Lead supplier quality activity, audits, and qualification of new suppliers alongside Procurement.
- Act as the quality interface with customers, auditors, and senior leadership on compliance and performance.

- Experience in a Quality Engineer role within regulated or high‐volume environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and problem‐solving techniques.
