This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge vehicle systems and deliver training that supports the future of the automotive industry.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging technical training to technicians, customers and internal teams, covering a range of advanced automotive technologies including diagnostics, EV and hybrid systems, ADAS, electronics, emissions and chassis systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality technical training courses to a variety of audiences
- Translate complex technical concepts into practical, easy-to-understand learning
- Develop and update training materials, presentations and practical exercises
- Support the introduction of new technologies and product launches
- Build strong relationships with customers, workshops and industry partners
- Assist with training planning, scheduling and resource management
- Maintain training records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay up to date with emerging vehicle technologies and industry developments
What We're Looking For:
- Strong automotive technical background with expertise in diagnostics and modern vehicle systems
- Experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring or developing others
- Knowledge of EV, hybrid and ADAS technologies would be highly advantageous
- Confident using automotive diagnostic and testing equipment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational and planning abilities
- Comfortable engaging with technicians, customers and stakeholders at all levels
