Location: Malvern, Full-Time | Permanent Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + Benefits

A growing Malvern-based company providing installation and maintenance services to commercial and industrial businesses across the UK is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor. This is a hands-on position overseeing the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse, with a particular focus on Goods In / Goods Out operations and logistics.

Your Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you\’ll play a crucial role in keeping operations flowing smoothly by:

Supervising store-persons to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and health & safety compliance
Overseeing the coordination of daily warehouse and yard operations, including inbound and outbound goods
Managing inventory, labelling, and maintaining optimal stock levels
Planning and coordinating transport and logistics to meet tight delivery times
Operating counterbalance forklift trucks to move stock safely around the site
Conducting regular audits, inspections, and identifying process improvementsIdeal Candidate Profile

To thrive as our Warehouse Supervisor, you\’ll need:

Strong experience in Goods In / Goods Out processes
Sound understanding of logistics and supply chain coordination
A process-oriented mindset with a firm grasp of warehouse safety practices
Competency in stock management systems
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
