A Warehouse Supervisor is required to join a forward-thinking manufacturer of automotive components. With a strong reputation for engineering excellence and customer-focused solutions, this company is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and support continued growth. Key responsibilities include – Supervise and coordinate a small team, including warehouse operatives, counterbalance FLT drivers, and yard workers Delegate daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow across warehouse and yard operations Operate a counterbalance forklift (valid, in-date licence required) Manage stock transactions using an MRP system Attend and contribute to daily management meetings Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity Support hands-on tasks in the warehouse and yard as neededIdeal skills & experience – Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role Strong leadership and communication skills A proactive, practical approach with a \”lead by example\” attitude Valid counterbalance FLT licence Familiarity with MRP systems (Priority experience is a plus) Ability to manage workloads and adapt to changing prioritiesOn offer for this Warehouse Supervisor role – Starting salary of £30-35k Opportunity to work with a respected manufacturer Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm / 7am – 3pm 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Pension Scheme Life Assurance Plus other company benefit schemesIf you have experience in warehouse operations and are ready to take the next step in your career, we\’d love to hear from you.
