Due to continued business growth, a leading manufacturer of precision plastic components supplying major OEMs is looking to recruit an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join their established team.

Salary up to £37,000 | 25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays | Pension contributions up to 8%

Working in a fast-paced production environment, you will be responsible for setting and optimising injection moulding machines to ensure efficient production, consistent product quality, and minimal scrap. You will play a key role in maximising machine performance while maintaining high manufacturing standards and supporting production targets.

As an Injection Moulding Setter, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing tools and conducting tool changes
  • Starting up and closing-down injection moulding machines
  • Setting machinery
  • Carrying out quality checks
  • Resolving process issues/faults

To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical experience working with multiple plastic injection moulding machines as a Setter or Technician
