We are recruiting for Press Brake Setter / Operators to join a large manufacturing company specialising in the fabrication and assembly of sheet metal based in Telford - one on a permanent day shift, one on a permanent night shift.
This position is a great opportunity for an experienced Press Brake Setter to join a well-established company on a temp to perm role; the company is looking for an employee to join for the long term.
Responsibilities:
- Setting and operating the Amada press brake to bend steel
- Working on 3m and 4m machines
- Primarily working with galvanised steel, zinc and aluminium
- Quality inspection using measuring tools (vernier, square etc)
- Any previous press brake setting experience will be considered for these roles.
Shift and pay:
- Permanent days or permanent nights:
- Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 4:45pm
- Monday - Thursday, 5:45pm - 5:15am
- Pay: £14.50 per hour on days / £15.50 per hour on nights
