Due to continued growth, a leading multinational blue‑chip manufacturing business, recognised for its commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience working on injection moulding machinery and associated ancillary equipment.

Working within a highly automated manufacturing facility, you will play a key role in ensuring production operates efficiently by minimising downtime and driving continuous improvement initiatives to maximise performance and output.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Moulding department in achieving KPI targets by ensuring all equipment is maintained and production‑ready at all times.
  • Providing technical expertise and engineering support to moulding engineers and technicians across all aspects of the moulding process.
  • Coordinating and managing all maintenance activities relating to moulding machinery and associated ancillary equipment.
  • Identifying, proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring all pre‑ and post‑improvement data is accurately captured to evaluate effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • A high level of knowledge and hands‑on experience in the maintenance of injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment.
  • Experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) systems and scheduling.
  • Previous experience working within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Relevant engineering qualifications.
