Based in Birmingham, the company runs a complex production facility using both manual and automated techniques. Ideal for an experienced Quality Engineer ready to take the next step into management, or a current Quality Manager seeking a fresh challenge, this role offers scope for significant impact and professional development. Quality Manager responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and coaching the Quality team while liaising with production and suppliers.
  • Investigating and resolving customer and internal quality concerns using problem solving tools.
  • Driving continuous improvements activities across the plant.

Quality Manager desirable skills and experience:

  • Experience in a similar senior quality role (Senior Quality Engineer).
  • Industry experience in Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial manufacturing.
  • Skilled in core quality tools (PPAP, 8D etc) and systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001.
  • Mechanical engineering education (HNC/HNC) or relevant training.
