A leading precision manufacturing business is currently expanding its machining department due to a significant increase in workload and long-term customer demand. As part of planned growth, we are looking to recruit several CNC Operators with basic setting experience to join a busy and well-established manufacturing facility.

The Role of CNC Operator

  • Operating CNC milling and turning machines
  • Carrying out basic machine setting activities
  • Tool changes and offset adjustments
  • Loading and unloading components
  • Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances
  • Working from engineering drawings and process instructions
  • Conducting in-process inspections and quality checks

We are keen to speak with CNC Operators who have:

  • Previous CNC operating experience
  • Basic setting knowledge
  • Experience carrying out tool changes and adjustments
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • A strong eye for detail and quality
  • Experience within precision engineering, manufacturing, machining or production environments
