A Purchasing Administrator role has arisen to join a Redditch based company. A full-time and office-based administration role, you will be responsible for speaking to suppliers and handling any associated administration.
As the Purchasing Administrator you will be responsible for –
- Raising purchase orders for suppliers
- Compiling PO’s, invoices and dispatch notes
- Check pricing is correct on quotes and invoices
- Liaising with suppliers and various internal employees
- General administration
Ideally, you will have previous experience of –
- Using Sage 50 or Sage 200 to manage orders
- Prioritising your own workload
- Working in a varied and busy environment
- Excellent customer service with a strong telephone manner
On offer for this Purchasing Administrator role –
- Ideally with a view to start May 2024
- Salary of £24-26k p/a dependent on experience
- Working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (some flexibility on start/end times)
You will be office-based for this role; therefore, you will need to be able to commute to the Redditch/Studley area on a daily basis.
