Salary up to 90,000+ | Company Bonus | Generous Pension | Multi-Million Pound Programme A permanent Programme Manager position has arisen within an established engineering and manufacturing business following the award of a major, multi-million-pound customer programme. Reporting directly to Director level, you ll take ownership of the programme and coordinate activity across Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, Production and Quality. You ll manage several priorities, influence teams across the business and ensure the programme remains on track against demanding delivery dates. Programme Manager responsibilities include - Develop and manage the programme plan across design, validation, production readiness and delivery. Coordinate Engineering, Supply Chain, Production and Quality activities to ensure key milestones are achieved. Monitor material availability, supplier lead times and production capacity, identifying and addressing risks to delivery. Act as a key customer contact, providing progress updates and managing stakeholder expectations. Maintain programme budgets, actions, risks, KPIs and accurate RAG reporting.
