Injection Moulding Technician
A leading manufacturer of plastic components, supplying a variety of industries, is looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Technician to join their growing team.
Up to £40,000, Monday - Friday
Based in a modern, well-equipped, and clean facility, you will work alongside an established team and play a key role in maintaining consistent, high-quality production.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth running of the shift with minimal downtime
- Carry out tool changes (typically 2 per shift, approx. 1 hour)
- Troubleshoot and resolve processing and moulding issues
- Conduct quality checks to uphold production standards
- Perform TPM activities to reduce the risk of breakdowns
Ideal candidate
- Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter, Tool Setter, or Technician
- Strong knowledge of a wide range of polymers
- Skilled in tool changes and troubleshooting moulding/processing issues
- Experience in carrying out TPM activities
