A Part–time Credit Controller is required to join a small but well–established company. The main part of the role will be to manage the Sales Ledger and debt collection through to litigation. This is a stand–alone Credit Control role, reporting to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Ledger Management : Posting sales invoices, handling invoice queries, cash allocation.
- Credit Control : Conducting credit checks, setting credit limits, chasing overdue accounts, issuing statements, producing Aged Debtor Reports.
- Process : Making improvements to streamline the process.
- Support : Assisting the Finance Manager with ad hoc accounting duties.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience : Previous credit control experience.
- Skills : Good working knowledge of Excel, and experience with Sage Line 50 or 100.
