This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth across a portfolio of infrastructure solutions, developing new business opportunities, influencing project specifications and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the UK and international markets.
The Role
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across highways, infrastructure and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, designers, local authorities and infrastructure stakeholders.
- Engage with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Influence project specifications at the earliest stages of the design process.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while maximising profitability.
About You
- Proven experience in business development, technical sales or solution selling.
- Experience within highways, infrastructure, construction, civil engineering or related sectors.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- The ability to understand technical specifications and engineering drawings.
- Experience presenting solutions to clients and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and forecasting.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong focus on results.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
