A leading manufacturer of plastic products is looking to recruit experienced Injection Moulding Setters / Technicians to support increased production during the busy summer period.
Pay: £20.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available with a variety of shift patterns to suit your availability.
As an Injection Moulding Setter / Technician, you will:
- Set up and operate injection moulding machines to achieve required cycle times.
- Carry out efficient tool changes to minimise production downtime.
- Monitor product quality and identify and resolve processing or tooling issues.
- Optimise machine performance to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter / Technician, you will have:
- Previous experience setting and processing injection moulding machines.
- Strong knowledge of tool changing, process optimisation, and troubleshooting.
- A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence, or the willingness to obtain one.
- A proactive, positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
