A Quality Inspector opportunity has become available within a well-established manufacturing business supporting a diverse customer base. Due to continued growth, the company is looking to strengthen its Quality team with the addition of a reliable and detail-focused individual. This role would suit candidates with previous experience within quality inspection, manufacturing, or production environments, who have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing work to a high standard.
Quality Inspector responsibilities include:
- Carrying out visual inspection of manufactured components and cosmetic defects.
- Checking for missing components, thread damage and other quality concerns.
- Using basic inspection equipment including thread gauges and vernier calipers.
- Recording inspection results and quality data using Microsoft Excel.
- Segregating and reporting non-conforming products.
- Following work instructions, quality standards and inspection procedures.
Quality Inspector desirable skills and experience:
- Previous experience within quality inspection, manufacturing, or production.
- Excellent attention to detail and good visual accuracy.
