As part of this ongoing success, they are looking to appoint a Production Manager to lead a team of approximately 30 employees within a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing environment.
The Role Reporting into senior operations leadership, you will take ownership of daily manufacturing performance, ensuring targets for safety, quality, delivery and productivity are consistently achieved.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a visible presence on the shop floor, supporting, coaching and developing your team while driving operational excellence across the department.
Working closely with planning, engineering and quality functions, you will oversee production activities, manage resource allocation and help deliver continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
