One of the United Kingdom’s best known automotive brands is recruiting a Depot Manager to oversee one of their depots/branches in the southwest. You will lead a team of around 25 people to deliver excellent service for their HGV customers both on the road and at their premises.

Responsibilities of the Depot Manager:
- Manage and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of service operations in the depot, including associated stocking locations and van operations across 5 locations.
- Ensure the necessary people, infrastructure, and processes are in place to enhance customer service, maximize profitability, and maintain sound controls with a strong commercial focus.
- Provide high-quality customer service and administration to support strategic objectives, regional fleets, and local customers.
- Target and secure additional regional and local truck fleet business to increase profitability, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit within the team.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Background in tyres/trucks is essential.
