Responsibilities of the Spare Parts Coordinator:
- Prepare accurate quotes for customers and respond promptly to enquiries.
- Process orders using Oracle, ensuring order confirmations are received and matched in a timely manner.
- Receive goods on the system and manage invoice queries efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage order returns to Italy when required.
- Liaise with customers to provide updates from enquiry to delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams including the Service Help Desk, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth communication.
