Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, enhancing product performance, and strengthening the company's technical reputation across global markets.
Key Responsibilities for the Technical Manager- Lead the development, testing, and validation of new and existing products
- Support technical simulations, data analysis, and performance validation
- Act as a technical authority both internally and externally
- Drive development of new product lines and enhancements to existing ranges
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify innovation opportunities
- Support patent creation and technical documentation
- Support production teams in resolving technical and process challenges
- Oversee raw material compliance and supplier quality
- Work closely with the Quality Manager to maintain robust systems and standards
- Partner with sales teams to align technical development with market needs
