A Production Supervisor opportunity has arisen within a well-established manufacturing business operating within the engineering and industrial sectors.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved while driving Continuous Improvement across the shop floor.

Production Supervisor responsibilities include

  • Leading, motivating and developing Production Operatives across multiple manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinating daily production activities to achieve safety, quality and delivery targets.
  • Monitoring production performance, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement, 5S and Lean Manufacturing initiatives across the shop floor.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and maintaining a right-first-time culture.
  • Supporting training, coaching and performance development while promoting a safe working environment.

Production Supervisor desirable skills and experience

  • Previous supervisory, Team Leader or Senior Production experience within a manufacturing environment.
