We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected precision engineering and metal fabrication company, known for producing high-quality, bespoke stainless-steel solutions across the food, pharmaceutical, and water industries. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced TIG Fabricator Welder to join their skilled workshop team. This is a great opportunity to join a stable business with a modern workshop, where quality and craftsmanship are a priority.

Shifts:

  • 07:00 - 16:00 or 07:30 - 16:30
  • Early finish on Fridays
  • Regular overtime available

Starting with a base salary of £30,712

Opportunity to significantly boost your earnings through overtime - up to 6.5 hours of overtime per week, you could increase your annual income to around £38,000.

Key Responsibilities of the TIG Welder/Fabricator:

  • TIG welding and fabrication of stainless-steel components
  • Working from engineering drawings to produce bespoke products
  • Fabricating thin gauge materials to a high standard
  • Using workshop equipment such as press brakes and laser-cut parts
  • Carrying out finishing work including polishing and deburring
