Based in the Coventry area, an opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing business. Working within a busy commercial team, you will support sales activity, process customer orders and quotations, and ensure a consistently high level of customer service. Working closely with colleagues across sales, operations and logistics, you will handle customer enquiries via phone and email, maintain accurate records, and support day-to-day administrative functions. As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and quotations accurately using an internal ERP system (SAP)
