A growing and innovative manufacturing business in Aldridge is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to support the smooth running of its day-to-day operations.
Supplying bespoke, precision-manufactured solutions to customers nationwide, the company prides itself on quality, expertise and exceptional service.

- As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for -
- Entering and maintaining accurate records within the internal systems including Excel
- Supporting with delivery coordination, processing delivery & collection notes
- Support stock control and purchasing activities by raising purchase orders and updating records.
- Coordinate daily transport and logistics activities to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
- Maintain and update health & safety records and databases
- Monitor office supplies and arrange orders when necessary
- Schedule and monitor health & safety inspections, training & assessments.
- Provide general administrative support to the Director
- Assist with invoicing and other operational paperwork.
- Ideally you will have the following skills & experience -
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or production environment would be advantageous.

- Full-time or part-time position available (28-37.5 hours per week)
- Salary of 26-30,000p/a DOE (based on a full-time salary)
- 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus Christmas Shutdown.
