I'm recruiting on behalf of a long-established precision engineering manufacturer that designs and builds specialist equipment used by customers across a wide range of industries. Their work is varied, technically interesting and built to a high standard, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and precision machining.
This CNC Programmer Role
- Program, set and operate CNC milling machines.
- Produce high-quality precision components from engineering drawings.
- Edit and optimise existing CNC programs.
- Manufacture both one-off and small batch components.
- Inspect your own work to ensure components meet tight tolerances.
- Work closely with the engineering and production teams to deliver projects on time.
- Assist with continuous improvement and machining best practice.
CNC Programmer experience:
- Programming, setting and operating CNC machines
- Reading engineering drawings
- Working to fine tolerances
- Precision engineering or machine build environments
