Taking complete ownership of warehouse and logistics operations across two sites, this position focuses on leading a team of over 30 staff, establishing robust processes, optimising layouts for a newly established second facility, and embedding continuous improvement to ensure production and customer deliveries run seamlessly.

Based in the Birmingham area, the role offers a salary of circa £55K, a 10% annual management bonus, early Friday finish, flexible working, and long-term career development within a stable and expanding advanced manufacturing environment.
