The Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate installation projects at various job sites, ensuring timely completion within budget and in compliance with company standards and client expectations. Working a 40-hour week, you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule and decide where you need to be throughout the week. This role involves a mix of office and site-based work, driving to sites to supervise a team of dedicated engineers, with occasional overnight stays as required. With 80% of installations being commutable, a healthy work-life balance is achievable.
Site Supervisor responsibilities will include:
- Planning, coordinating and overseeing on-site installation projects from start to finish.
- Supervising installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to health & safety standards.
- Communicating with clients, contractors and company stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the installation process.
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
