Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards and health safety requirements are consistently achieved while driving continuous improvement across the shop floor.
Production Supervisor responsibilities include - Leading, motivating and developing Production Operatives across multiple manufacturing processes.
Coordinating daily production activities to achieve safety, quality and delivery targets.
Monitoring production performance, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
Driving Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and 5S initiatives across the shop floor.
Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and maintaining a right-first-time culture.
Supporting training, coaching and performance development while promoting a safe working environment.
Production Supervisor desirable skills and experience - Previous supervisory, Team Leader or Senior Production experience within a manufacturing environment.
