An established, market-leading manufacturer is seeking an organised and proactive Sales Office Coordinator in a very varied role to join its Nottingham site.

Reporting into senior management, the Sales Office Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient coordination of office activities, reception duties, facilities support sales administration.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while also supporting sales and estimating teams with enquiry management and administration.

As a Sales Office Coordinator you will be - Acting as a first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails and visitors Ensuring visitor security, health safety and fire procedures are followed Facilities management including managing kitchen and stationery ordering, ordering refreshments etc Managing and logging all sales enquiries via phone, email and website into the CRM system Reporting of all accidents incidents on-site, providing induction training to new starters Providing administrative support to sales, commercial and operations teams Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries Ideally you will have the following experience - Receptionist / front of house experience A positive, pro active and well organised approach Able to manage mu...
