Due to continued growth, a leading multinational blue-chip manufacturing business, recognised for its commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience working on injection moulding machinery and associated ancillary equipment.

Working within a highly automated manufacturing facility, you will play a key role in ensuring production operates efficiently by minimising downtime and driving continuous improvement initiatives to maximise performance and output.
As a Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Moulding department in achieving KPI targets by ensuring all equipment is maintained and production-ready at all times.
- Providing technical expertise and engineering support to moulding engineers and technicians across all aspects of the moulding process.
- Coordinating and managing all maintenance activities relating to moulding machinery and associated ancillary equipment.
- Identifying, proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring all pre- and post-improvement data is accurately captured to evaluate effectiveness.
To be successful in the role of Maintenance Engineer, the ideal candidate will have:
- A high level of knowledge and hands-on experience in the maintenance of injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment.
- Experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) systems and scheduling.
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Relevant engineering qualifications.
