Production Supervisor
is required to join an established manufacturing business currently experiencing considerable growth.

You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of production, leading shop-floor employees and ensuring safety, quality and delivery targets are achieved.

Working closely with the Production Manager, you'll also support employee development and introduce practical improvements across the manufacturing operation.

Production Supervisor responsibilities include - Managing daily shop-floor activities and allocating work across the production team.

Leading, supporting and developing Production Operatives working across multiple processes.

Monitoring performance against safety, quality and delivery targets.

Identifying production issues and coordinating corrective actions.

Implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.

Maintaining ISO 9001 standards and promoting a safe, right-first-time working culture.

Production Supervisor desirable skills and experience - Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Team Leader or similar.

Experience supervising employees within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Strong understanding of production, quality, safety and delivery requirements.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and 5S.

Experience working within an ISO 9001 quality environment.

A practical leadership style with good communication and problem-solving skills.
