Production Operative - Leicester
\n Join a leading UK manufacturer of high-performance composite materials.
You'll be part of a busy, supportive production team creating products used across automotive, aerospace, marine and other high-tech industries.
If you enjoy hands-on work, teamwork and learning new skills, this role is for you.
\n Pay & Shifts

- Performance based pay rise after 3 months
\n - £10 daily shift allowance
\n - Rotating shifts - 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm Monday to Friday - weekly rotation.
\n - Contract: Temporary to Permanent

\n What You'll Do
\n \n - Operate automated & manual machinery (full training provided)
\n - Work on raw materials lines and complete finishing processes
\n - Carry out quality checks and follow production schedules
\n - Use computer systems for stock checks & data entry
\n - Keep accurate records for audits
\n - Move materials using pump trucks/overhead cranes
\n - General housekeeping & basic maintenance
\n - Report any issues to your Line Manager
