Key Responsibilities of a Production Engineer:- Lead and optimise CNC milling operations to meet production targets
- Develop, program, and optimise CNC milling programs using Fanuc controls
- Carry out both on-machine and offline programming using Edgecam (CAD/CAM)
- Select tooling and cutting parameters to maximise productivity and tool life
- Troubleshoot milling and machining issues, implementing corrective actions promptly
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
- HND or equivalent industry experience
- Strong background in CNC milling and CAD/CAM programming
- Proven experience within a production engineering environment, ideally in both manufacturing and assembly areas
