Quality Manager responsibilities include:
- Manage and continually improve the Quality Management System and associated processes.
- Lead customer complaints, non-conformances and structured 8D investigations.
- Support Health & Safety activities including risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Drive scrap and rework reduction alongside wider continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain quality documentation, procedures, work instructions and inspection standards.
- Lead internal audits and support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance.
Quality Manager desirable skills and experience:
- Previous experience as a Quality Manager, Senior Quality Engineer or QHSE professional.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ideally within ISO 9001 manufacturing.
- Experience leading 8D investigations and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Experience conducting internal audits and supporting quality compliance activities.
- Exposure to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills across production, engineering and management teams.
Quality Manager benefits include:
