A leading manufacturer of plastic components, supplying a variety of industries, is looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Technician to join their growing team. Based in a modern, well-equipped, and clean facility, you will work alongside an established team and play a key role in maintaining consistent, high-quality production. Up to £40,000, Monday -Friday As an Injection Moulding Technician, your duties will include: Ensure smooth running of the shift with minimal downtime Carry out tool changes (typically 2 per shift, approx. 1 hour) Troubleshoot and resolve processing and moulding issues Conduct quality checks to uphold production standards Perform TPM activities to reduce the risk of breakdowns To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Technician, the ideal candidate will: Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter, Tool Setter, or Technician Strong knowledge of a wide range of polymers Skilled in tool changes and troubleshooting moulding/processing issues Experience in carrying out TPM activities With a healthy order book, long-standing customer partnerships, and ongoing investment, this business offers, job security and stability, opportunities for additional training, and career development prospects.
