As part of this thriving environment, you'll play a vital role in keeping production running at peak performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and ensuring top-tier product standards.

Injection Moulding Setter – Key Responsibilities: Maximise production efficiency through technical support and effective troubleshooting. Carry out quick, efficient tool changes and machine set-ups to minimise downtime. Execute machine start-ups using setting sheets and stored data, ensuring optimal cycle times and quality. Report and help resolve moulding or tooling issues with management. Perform routine maintenance on machines and ancillary equipment. Support continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.

To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter, the ideal candidate will: Have experience as a Plastic Injection Moulding Setter or Technician. Possess a strong understanding of moulding machinery and polymers. Be highly knowledgeable about moulding issues and how to resolve them. Be capable of performing tool changes and condition setting. Have experience conducting quality inspections. Take a flexible, hands-on approach, with a willingness to help where needed.
