Injection Moulding Setter – Key Responsibilities:
* Maximise production efficiency through technical support and effective troubleshooting.
* Carry out quick, efficient tool changes and machine set-ups to minimise downtime.
* Execute machine start-ups using setting sheets and stored data, ensuring optimal cycle times and quality.
* Report and help resolve moulding or tooling issues with management.
* Perform routine maintenance on machines and ancillary equipment.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter, the ideal candidate will:
* Have experience as a Plastic Injection Moulding Setter or Technician.
* Possess a strong understanding of moulding machinery and polymers.
* Be highly knowledgeable about moulding issues and how to resolve them.
