From day one, you will receive a company vehicle, comprehensive training, a salary starting at around £28,000, with door-to-door pay bringing your potential annual earnings to approximately £35,000 (based on 20 hours of overtime, much of which commuting time). Overview of this position and future progression - This role, focused in the Norwich area, will begin with you operating as a service engineer, at first replacing your employer's products. As you progress, you'll receive specialist certified training to become a maintenance, repair, and overhaul specialist. You will work alongside customer engineering teams to minimise downtime for machinery and ensure smooth operations.

Graduate Mechanical Assembler responsibilities include:

  • Buddy up with an experienced service engineer and travel to clients.
  • Perform routine servicing and maintenance on a range of electric vehicles.
  • Diagnose, repair, and manage air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating/cooling systems.
