A Counterbalance FLT Driver / Steel Operative is required for a large steel processing company based in Rowley Regis. It is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, multi-national steel processing company during a period of growth.
You NEED an in-date counterbalance FLT licence for this role.
Duties include:
- Manual handling of steel on the back end of a machine line
- Driving a counterbalance FLT
- Packing, stacking and palletising stock
- Assisting with loading / unloading vehicles for dispatch
This position is working days to begin with but you MUST have flexibility to work mornings / afternoons rotating; Days - 7:00am - 3:00pm / 1:00pm finish on Fridays, moving onto mornings afternoons rotating.
The rate of pay is £12.21 to begin with whilst on days. This Counterbalance FLT Driver / Steel Operative position is working on a direct permanent basis - with a permanent contract from day one and no agency period.
