This is a key technical role requiring strong mould-setting experience, process knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary - £37,375 + Co Bonus The Role of Injection Mould Setter As an Injection Mould Setter, you will play a key role in supporting a high-volume manufacturing operation, ensuring production schedules are achieved through efficient tool changes, machine setting and process optimisation.

Working with modern injection moulding equipment, you will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the production environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Injection Mould Setter Carry out efficient mould and tool changes.

Set and optimise injection moulding machines to maximise performance and quality.

Troubleshoot processing issues and identify solutions to minimise downtime.

Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure output targets are achieved.

Maintain safe working practices and support 5S initiatives.

Contribute to continuous improvement projects and process enhancements.

Ensure products consistently meet quality specifications.

To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience as an Injection Mould Setter within a manufacturing environment.

Experience setting and operating injection moulding machines.

Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.

A keen eye for quality and process consistency.

Experience working within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

Knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
