A growing and well-established manufacturing business is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and develop site-wide quality systems in a fast-paced production environment. This role will suit a hands-on, lead-from-the-front quality professional with strong systems knowledge and a passion for driving standards, compliance, and continuous improvement. Reporting into senior operations, you will take ownership of the Quality Management System, lead and develop a small quality team, and work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain to set expectations, challenge standards, and embed a strong quality culture across the site. Quality Manager responsibilities include:
