Job Description

A leading global manufacturer of high-quality plastic components is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its well-established engineering team.

Up to £54,700.00 per year, company pension, free on-site parking As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of production machinery and site equipment through a combination of reactive, preventative and planned maintenance activities.

Working as part of an experienced engineering team, you'll play a key role in minimising downtime and supporting continuous production.

As a Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include: The repair and service production machinery as well as participating in on-going day to day maintenance of the factory in general.

Assisting in the installation of new equipment and machinery Supporting trouble shooting activities in respect to machine breakdowns, leakage's etc Undertaking planned preventative/predictive maintenance activities in accordance with the annual TPM schedule.

To be successful in the role of the Maintenance Engineer, the ideal candidate will: Be a time-served Electrical Engineer, with a minimum ONCBe multi-skilled with an electrical bias, possessing good fault-finding skills Have experience of maintaining plastic manufacturing machinery such as injection moulding machines, blow moulding machines or extrusion machinery.

Have experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
