A Steel Operative / Bander is required for an established steel processing company based in the Burntwood area of the West Midlands, working a permanent 6am-2pm morning shift.
You will be banding up processed steel coils on the back end of a slitting line and stacking blanks on the back end of a blanking line, alongside associated duties.
Duties of this Steel Operative / Bander role include:
- Banding up processed steel coils
- Stacking processed steel blanks
- Palletising, wrapping and preparing orders for dispatch
You will be working a permanent morning shift pattern - 6am - 2pm (Monday - Friday). This Steel Operative / Bander role will be working on a temp-to-perm basis with long term opportunities available. The role is paying £13.00 per hour, with weekly pay whilst on the agency.
