Due to continued success and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Workshop Supervisor to play a key role in driving workshop performance and supporting the next phase of the company's growth. Workshop Supervisor responsibilities: Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities within the workshop. Preparing and shipping parts, tooling, and equipment to Field Service Engineers working across the UK. Being hands-on within the workshop, assisting with repairs, servicing, preparation, assembly, and engineering work. Supporting Field Service Engineers with parts, technical equipment, and workshop requirements. Previous experience within an engineering, machinery, manufacturing, or technical workshop environment. Experience supervising, coordinating, or leading a workshop or engineering team. A practical, hands-on engineering background. Salary up to Β£41,600, depending on experience, 25 days' annual holiday, plus bank holidays, Company pension scheme, Company sick pay, Life assurance This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer or existing Workshop Supervisor looking to take on a varied role within an established and growing engineering business.
