Our client is a leading automotive technology business seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge vehicle systems and deliver training that supports the future of the automotive industry.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging technical training to technicians, customers and internal teams, covering a range of advanced automotive technologies including diagnostics, EV and hybrid systems, ADAS, electronics, emissions and chassis systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality technical training courses to a variety of audiences
  • Translate complex technical concepts into practical, easy-to-understand learning
  • Develop and update training materials, presentations and practical exercises
  • Support the introduction of new technologies and product launches
  • Build strong relationships with customers, workshops and industry partners
  • Assist with training planning, scheduling and resource management
  • Maintain training records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Stay up to date with emerging vehicle technologies and industry developments

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong automotive technical background with expertise in diagnostics and modern vehicle systems
  • Experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring or developing others
  • Knowledge of EV, hybrid and ADAS technologies would be highly advantageous
  • Confident using automotive diagnostic and testing equipment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities
  • Comfortable engaging with technicians, customers and stakeholders at all levels
