Multi Skilled Fitter

We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Machine Fitter to join a growing engineering team responsible for the assembly, installation and support of complex machinery. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer with strong mechanical fitting experience who enjoys working on technically challenging equipment and seeing projects through from build to installation. The role is based in the West Midlands and may involve occasional travel to customer sites within the UK and overseas. Multi-Skilled Machine Fitter Responsibilities Build and assemble complex machinery from engineering and assembly drawings. Carry out precision fitting work, working to tight tolerances and quality standards. Install and assemble bearings, shafts, drive systems and mechanical components. Perform drilling, tapping and general workshop fitting activities. Install pneumatic and hydraulic components and support testing activities. Install machine pipework, cabling and associated equipment. Assist with the installation of sensors, switches, motors and electrical components.
