Our client is a leading engineering and machinery solutions provider, supporting manufacturing businesses throughout the UK with specialist equipment, technical expertise, and aftersales support.

Due to continued success and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Workshop Supervisor to play a key role in driving workshop performance and supporting the next phase of the company's growth.

Workshop Supervisor responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities within the workshop.
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring parts, components, and consumables are available when required.
  • Receiving, checking, organising, and storing incoming parts and equipment.
  • Preparing and shipping parts, tooling, and equipment to Field Service Engineers working across the UK.
  • Being hands-on within the workshop, assisting with repairs, servicing, preparation, assembly, and engineering work.
  • Supporting Field Service Engineers with parts, technical equipment, and workshop requirements.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience within an engineering, machinery, manufacturing, or technical workshop environment.
  • Experience supervising, coordinating, or leading a workshop or engineering team.
  • A practical, hands-on engineering background.

Salary up to Β£41,600, depending on experience, 25 days' annual holiday, plus bank holidays, Company pension scheme, Company sick pay, Life assurance
