Key Responsibilities
- Material Planning & Scheduling: Drive material requirements planning (MRP) to align production schedules with operational demands.
- Inventory Control: Maintain strict inventory accuracy through regular warehouse stock audits and data analysis.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate smooth in- and out-bound flows for components, consumables, and finished goods.
- Supplier Performance: Monitor and track supplier metrics, including OTIF (On Time In Full), to ensure reliability.
- ERP Integrity: Maintain robust ERP data accuracy, adjusting forecasts dynamically based on actual consumption trends.
- Waste Reduction: Analyse stock data proactively to identify, manage, and reduce obsolete or excess inventory.
- Continuous Improvement: Support long-term supply chain optimisation projects and champion best practices on-site.
What We Are Looking For
- Education & Background: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of solid planning experience within a production, manufacturing, or automotive environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to work autonomously, crunch numbers, generate insightful reports, and spot operational risks early.
