We\’re looking for dedicated full-time, permanent staff as well as subcontractors to join us as Asbestos Analysts and Surveyors, helping us maintain the highest standards in asbestos management and public health protection.
Your Role:
As an Asbestos Analyst/Surveyor, you’ll be part of a dynamic team, conducting varied projects with a focus on safety and precision. Key responsibilities include:
Surveyor Responsibilities:
- Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Asbestos Surveys in line with regulatory requirements.
- Visit multiple sites daily, across domestic and commercial settings.
- Ensure all surveys meet our exacting standards and comply with UKAS guidelines.
- Produce accurate, detailed reports while meeting KPI targets.
Analyst Responsibilities:
- Perform Air Fibre Monitoring, including Personal, Background, Reassurance and 4 Stage Clearances.
- Travel to multiple sites with a company vehicle.
- Conduct surveys with attention to detail and perform QC/RICE slide readings.
- Full training will be provided to ensure work is conducted to the highest standard.
